Get A PGA Tour Workout At Home

I am very happy to report that you can now get a workout at home like the PGA Tour players. The subjects of exercise and golf have not always gone together. I remember when I first started teaching golf, I was never happy when a student worked out. They were always stiff and inflexible. But times have changed and you can workout like the tour players in your own home.

When golf fitness first started to surface it was sort of secretive. Yes, we knew that some of the tour players were working out, but they were doing it in those trailers at tour events. The older tour players were even confused by this new revelation. Slowly information started to get out. But for the average golfer it was still mysterious. You needed to go to someone who was certified in golf training and they would personally train you and design your programs. But now I think the cat is finally out of the bag and we can all perform a great golf exercise program in the comfort of your own home.

Companies like GolfGym have made available the necessary equipment, and tour trainer Joey D has provided the workouts. I have known Ken Pierce at Golf Gym for over a year now. I have used his Power Swing Trainer with many of my students, and had some great success. But these tools were just scratching the surface. The next step is using Joey D's new book, "Fix Your Body, Fix Your Swing", and the Power Bandz,to really change your body. This step will transform your body which will allow you to change your swing.

If you are interested in golf fitness, becoming stronger, and improving your golf game, you need to see how GolfGym and Joey D can help you.
